For JAG on the loss of her beloved pet dog

My dear JAG,
i am so sorry for your loss of late
sorry your home feels huge and empty
but to see you come and post is great
is a huge and generous testimony
you created this wonderful sanctuary
for Robloving women to congregate and share
that in our mutual and encouraging community
we experience a world more bright and fair
there is no easy way to say "Goodbye"
and no short cuts to the huge sense of grief
but the pain will ebb by and by
and time will offer some relief
but until the day after forever
one thing will remain ever true
the love you had is still yours to savour
and adds to the woman who is You
Who you are, Just A Girl,
is a warm and generous soul
You add colour to my real life world
and help make my jigsawed pieces whole
coming here to visit and share everyday
gives me enough reward and justifiable reason
to transcend daily troubles and still stay
